第1条 （ビズシナジー）
「ビズシナジー」とは、株式会社レオズ・インターナショナル（以下、「レオズ・インターナショナル」といいます）が提供するインターネット上の就職情報提供およびそれに付随するサービスのことをいいます。
第2条 （会員）
1.ビズシナジー会員（以下「会員」といいます）は、ビズシナジーに会員個人を特定できる氏名、住所、電話番号、電子メールアドレス等の情報（以下「個人情報」といいます）を登録し、レオズ・インターナショナルがこれを承認した者をいいます。登録および承認後、会員はビズシナジーにおいて提供されるサービス（以下「会員サービス」といいます）を利用できるものとします。
2.会員は会員サービスとして、志望業種、志望職種、所持している資格等の項目（以下「就職活動情報」といいます）を登録することができます。
3.会員はビズシナジーに登録した時点で本規約のすべてについて承諾したものとみなされます。
第3条 （会員サービスの提供）
1. レオズ・インターナショナルは会員への事前通知の有無にかかわらず、会員サービスの変更または一時的な中断を行うことがあります。
2. レオズ・インターナショナルは1ヶ月の予告期間をもって会員に通知のうえ、会員サービスの長期的に中断もしくは終了することができます。
第4条 （会員の禁止事項）
1.会員は、ビズシナジーにおいて以下の行為をしないものとします。
(1)意図的に虚偽の個人情報を登録する行為
(2)他人の財産、名誉、信用、プライバシー、著作権、商標権等を侵害する行為
(3)個人、団体を誹謗中傷する行為
(4)法令、公序良俗に反する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為
(5)営利を目的とした情報提供等の行為
(6)その他、レオズ・インターナショナルが不適切と判断した行為
2. レオズ・インターナショナルはビズシナジーの利用により会員又は他の第三者が被った損害に対し、いかなる責任も負わないものとし、一切の損害賠償をする義務はないものとします。
第5条 （会員の登録抹消）
レオズ・インターナショナルは会員が本規約に違反したと判断した場合は会員に事前に通知することなく、その会員に対する会員サービスを一時中断、もしくは会員登録を抹消することができます。
第6条（会員個人情報の取り扱い）
1. レオズ・インターナショナルへの個人情報の提供は任意です。
2. レオズ・インターナショナルは、登録いただいた個人情報を、就職活動の情報提供および就職準備に役立つ情報の提供に利用いたします。また、各種のアンケート調査お願いすることがあります。
3. レオズ・インターナショナルは、個人情報の登録、データベースの運用等のために情報を外部委託（預託）することがあります。
4.個人情報の開示、訂正、苦情に関する問い合わせは、問い合わせメールにご連絡ください。
（会員個人情報の管理）
レオズ・インターナショナルは、個人情報の管理には万全を期し、会員の承認なしに第三者に対して会員個人を特定できる個人情報を公開しないものとします。ただし、以下の場合を除きます。
(1)会員が自らの意思によりビズシナジー上の機能または他の手段を用いて、特定の企業に対して個人情報を開示した場合
(2)会員がビズシナジー上に登録した内容により、期せずして本人が特定されてしまった場合
(3)会員が第三者に不利益を及ぼすとレオズ・インターナショナルが判断した場合において、当該第三者や警察または関連諸機関に対して当該会員の個人情報を通知する場合
(4)警察や裁判所、もしくはそれに準じる権限を有する諸機関から、個人情報に関する開示を求められた場合
第7条 （企業からの情報配信）
レオズ・インターナショナルは個人情報・就職活動情報を元に会員に対して、個別の企業が提供する採用に関する情報を配信することができるものとします。
第8条 （会員発信情報の利用）
レオズ・インターナショナルは会員がビズシナジーにおいて発信された意見や情報の内容ついて、会員の事前の承諾なく両社が編集発行する情報媒体に転載することができます。この場合、転載した内容の著作権は全て両社に帰属するものとし、会員は著作人格権を行使しないことに同意するものとします。
第9条 （退会）
会員は、いつでも自由にビズシナジーから退会することができます。
第10条 （本規約の変更）
レオズ・インターナショナルは会員の了承を得ることなく、本規約を随時変更することができ、会員には以後変更後の利用規約が適用されるものとします。
Bizsynergy Member Rules
Article 1. (Bizsynergy )
Bizsynergy means an Internet employment information provision and incidental service provided by LEOS International Co., Ltd (hereinafter " LEOS International ").
Article 2. (Members)
1. Bizsynergy Members (hereinafter "Members") mean persons who have registered names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and other information (hereinafter "Individual Information") with Bizsynergy and have been approved by LEOS International. After registration and approval, Members can use the service offered by Bizsynergy (hereinafter "Member Service").
2. Members can register preferred business and position, qualification, etc. (hereinafter called "Employment Information") as part of the Member Service.
3. Members shall be deemed to have agreed to these rules in the entirety at the time of registration with Bizsynergy.
Article 3. (Provision of Member Service)
1. LEOS International may, with or without prior notice to Members, change or temporarily suspend Member Service.
2. LEOS International , with one month's notice to Members, suspend or terminate Member Service for the long term.
Article 4. (Prohibitions)
1. Members shall refrain from the following acts in Bizsynergy.
(1) Intentional registration of false Individual Information
(2) Infringement on others' properties, honor, credit privacy, copyright, trademark right, etc.
(3) Defamation of individuals or organizations
(4) Any act or likely act against laws, or public order or morality
(5) Provision of information for profit
(6) Any act which LEOS International thinks improper
2. LEOS International shall have no responsibility for any damage suffered by a Member or any third party and no obligation to pay damages in any way.
Article 5. (Revocation of Registration)
LEOS International may temporarily suspend Member Service or revoke Member registration without prior notice to the Member, if the Member is considered to have violated these rules.
Article 6. (Treatment of Individual Information)
1. Individual Information shall be voluntarily provided to LEOS International
2. LEOS International shall use the registered Individual Information for providing information for job seeking activities and information useful for job seeking. The company may request response to various questionnaires.
3. LEOS International may commission others to keep (deposit) information for registration of Individual Information, database operation, etc.

(Management of Individual Information)
LEOS International shall perfectly manage Individual Information and shall not disclose Individual Information which may identify a particular Member to any third party without the Member's approval except in the following cases.
(1) If a Member intentionally discloses Individual Information to particular firm by using Bizsynergy functions or other method.
(2) If a Member is identified unexpectedly due to the information registered in Bizsynergy.
(3) If LEOS International determine that a Member may injure the interests of any third party and informs the third party, police or related organization of the Individual Information of the Member.
(4) If police, court or other agency having the equivalent authority requests disclosure of Individual Information.
Article 7. (Information from Firm)
LEOS International may transmit information concerning recruitment provided by individual firms to Members on the basis of Individual Information and Employment Information.
Article 8. (Use of Member Information)
LEOS International may reprint the opinion or information provided to Bizsynergy by Members in certain information media edited and issued by LEOS International without prior approval of Members. In this case, the copyright of the reprint shall vest in LEOS International and Members agree not to execute their moral rights.
Article 9. (Withdrawal)
A Member may freely withdraw from Bizsynergy at any time.
Article 10. (Change of Rules)
LEOS International may from time to time change these rules without the approval of Members, to whom the changed usage rules shall be applied thereafter.
